NEK Catering is a newly established business in late 2020. This was originally a life long dream of owner, Stephanie Herring, however the pandemic made this more accessible than ever as she was working from home as an accountant. In 2020, Stephanie adopted her nephew and found her day-to-day job wasn't allowing her to be in two places at once. Stephanie took the leap and became a full-time caterer in May 2021.
